Our family doesn't cook garlic dishes often because our child is still young.

There is something I always make and eat.

It's honey garlic. If you take two pills three times a day or twice a day, it is said to be good for cerebrovascular diseases.

You know that garlic has various health benefits.

Allicin in garlic helps heal vascular injuries and improves the elasticity of blood vessels.

It helps with cerebral blood vessels.

The reason I take it is because my father has high blood pressure and has been consistently taking medication for it.

There are concerns about cerebrovascular and other vascular diseases that accompany high blood pressure.

The garlic you are still regularly consuming has resulted in normal findings in the inflammation test.

It's soaked in honey, so it's easy to eat every day without any aversion.

It's also easy to make, so I like it.

My blood pressure is steadily returning to normal.

My husband and I are also experiencing the benefits of garlic firsthand by eating honey garlic.

I think that consistency in anything, without difficulty, is good.

Even now, during garlic season, I always buy and make it myself.

It's a gift that's also perfect to give to your parents~
