저도 말짱하다가 헌혈하러 가면 그럴떄 있어요 기름진 음식을 적게 먹고 전날 잠을 충분이 잘자면 조금 좋으실꺼에요

It's been a year since I started taking blood pressure medication.
I have platelet plasma every two weeks.
When I take my blood pressure medication and measure with the blood pressure monitor at work, it shows within the normal range (120/80 or below).
Whenever I go to donate blood and have my blood pressure measured, it always comes out high, as if I haven't taken any medication.
So, there's the hassle of having to manually request it every time...
Is there anyone who has had a similar experience to mine?
Should I increase this medication?

블루버드수축압은 늘 변합니다. 고혈압 여부는 안정적인 아완압으로 파단하니 걱정 하지 않으셔도 될거예요..
김민정긴장하거나 뛰어다니거나 스트레스 받으면 높게 나와요. 10분 쯤 후에 다시 재보면 정상이더라고요.
clare저는 저혈압이라 고민이에요. 고혈압보다 저혈압이 더 위험하다고 하던데 어떤 때는 너무 혈압이 안 나와서 혈압측정이 안되는 경우도 있었어요.
강아림멀쩡하다가도 그런데 가면 그럴 때가 있더라고요. 주위에 보니까.
