I had a health checkup at the company on July 1st. I've been worried about diabetes for a while, so I’ve been exercising regularly, but I was quite disappointed with the results. The normal fasting blood sugar level is below 100, but mine was 110. I am in the pre-diabetic stage. What should I do? Maybe lose some weight, manage my diet, and exercise? But it's not easy.
