I'm curious about zero foods and blood sugar.

Recently, zero-calorie drinks and zero-calorie snacks have been a craze.

When you look at the nutrition labels of these zero foods, the sugar is indeed listed as 0..

I'm curious if it really doesn't raise blood sugar when I eat it.

If I had a blood glucose meter or something similar, I would try it out once, but I don't have one. Just leaving a question out of curiosity~
