I have been managing diabetes for 20 years.
Pre-retirement HbA1c is 92 / weight is 108kg
It was just before becoming dangerous..
Retirement marks the beginning of an all-out battle with diabetes.
1. Hospital
- I have been consistently visiting the Gangnam Severance Endocrinology Department and receiving medication prescriptions.
- EvoPrime Soft Capsules / Rotakan Tablets / Glupa Tablets / Zadian Tablets: Taking 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner.
2. Blood Sugar Check (Glucose S)
- Check fasting blood sugar every day.. (Writing a daily journal)

3. Exercise
1) Barefoot Exercise: I walk barefoot on forest trails every dawn. I have been consistently walking, except during the frozen ground months of February and March.
2) I am also doing health exercises. Focus on strength training for the thighs and shoulders.
4. Diet management
I mainly eat plant-based protein foods and consistently consume seasonal foods.
I am also controlling calories by including sweet chili peppers, red cabbage, natto, and tofu, which are good for diabetes.
- Current weight is 82 kg / blood sugar level is 6.2.
- The target hemoglobin level should be below 6.0 to be considered normal, so I plan to continue exercising and maintaining a proper diet consistently.
