(Concern) Hand eczema

I think it's been a few years since I developed eczema on my hands~ The hand eczema keeps coming and going. I went to the hospital, took medication, and diligently applied ointment, so it got a bit better, but then the eczema recurred again. They say I need to keep my skin well moisturized, so I apply hand cream regularly and always wear gloves when doing dishes or cleaning, but the eczema still tends to flare up.
