My method of blood sugar management is eating home-cooked meals.
Home-cooked meals are prepared by myself, so I tend to cook with health in mind.
For blood sugar management, prioritize mixed grain rice over white rice.
So, I soak grains in advance and also soak beans, then freeze them.
When making side dishes, I prefer to use plum extract or honey instead of sugar, and I try to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients rather than seasoning heavily.
These days, since it's the season when leafy greens are abundant, I am eating leafy greens and vegetables together.
