It's okay during the day, but my soles feel cold and it becomes difficult in the evening.
Is it unusual for me to be the only one experiencing discomfort when other family members are not? Could this indicate a health issue?
What condition might this be? If you know the treatment method, please explain.

희영손발 차가운 수족냉증이지 않을까요! 기초체온을 올려줘야 하는데 쉽지않아요. 저는 달리기와 사우나로 조금 올리긴 했는데.. 지금도 물핫팩 끌어안고 있어요.

다용이제가 갑상선수술을 하기전엔 손발이 엄청 차가웠는데 수술후 따뜻해졌어요. 갑상선기능이 온도를 주관하는게 있다더라구요
