My fasting blood sugar was 109 two years ago.

Actually, my mom has diabetes, so I was worried.ㅠ

After that, I switched to multigrain rice, walked 10,000 steps a day, reduced snacks, and changed to a diet focused on protein and vegetables.

I usually prefer snacks like nuts, protein bars, or soy milk.

They are not willing to eat flour well.

Reducing snacks was the hardest part.

It dropped to 87 in this year's check-up.

Something. I feel a proud heart.

I think I should continue to maintain a consistent diet and exercise routine from now on.
