Blood sugar management for type 1 diabetics

I believe that exercise should never be skipped, even though managing blood sugar through diet is also important.

I could feel that even just a few days without exercise, my blood sugar wouldn't drop and would continue to rise rapidly.

When you exercise, blood sugar temporarily rises, but there are times when it rises significantly and times when it rises less.

There are people like me who don't experience hypoglycemia even after intense exercise in the morning.

I have to go to work, so every day at 5:20 AM I wake up and exercise on the treadmill with an interval for an hour.

On holidays, I tend to be a bit lazy and go a little later. I usually make it a point to exercise almost every day.

If you couldn't exercise in the morning, at least walk around the apartment complex in the evening.

Exercise is essential for people with diabetes.

    식단뿐만 아니라 운동이 많이 중요한거였네요.
    밥 먹고 운동해주면 혈당스파이크를 막을수 있다고 듣긴 했는데, 운동도 꾸준히 해야겠어요.

    식단도 중요하지만 운동이야말로 필수죠.
