How can fasting blood sugar levels be lowered?
I am within the normal range for fasting blood sugar, but it often comes out in the high 80s to late 90s.
There are times when it exceeds 100 as well.
There is an error with each blood glucose meter, so I don't know which one is accurate.
I have three blood glucose meters, and some readings are over 100, while others are in the high 90s.
I'm not sure which one is accurate, so I just live thinking that my blood sugar is the lowest...
What are some ways to lower fasting blood sugar?
Even after exercising and sleeping, my heart rate is in the high 90s; even if I eat dinner early and go to bed, it's still in the high 90s. I'm almost always in the high 90s.
