It's a method I learned from my mother as well.

My mother has been making black garlic for dozens of years now.

The reason I am doing what I learned is because my mother did it to prevent cancer and to see the effects of chemotherapy.

I started because of the insomnia relief effects of garlic, as well as its ability to detoxify the body, improve liver health, and reduce inflammation.

While I don't believe in all the claimed benefits, just as our country's representative foods are onions and garlic.

The effects were also really good.

My inflammation levels were high, so I visited the rheumatology department and took steroids for several months due to an autoimmune disease. I also made it for myself, and my husband can take it for liver health, and it is also being made for my growing child because it is said to boost immunity.

Press and hold the keep-warm button for 48 hours on an electric rice cooker that does not use garlic.

Then the color changes to brown.

After doing this, let them be exposed to sunlight for about 9 hours.

Press the keep warm button again for three days.

Then, the garlic turns a bit more black.

At this time, the texture is soft and mushy, so you might think it's wrong, but this is normal.

When you taste it at this time, the garlic is sweet.

Again, sauté the garlic in a frying pan, on the lowest heat.

Then it becomes chewy in texture, and you should dry it in the sunlight for about 9 hours.

Take about two tablets on an empty stomach.

It looks complicated, but once you try it once or twice, you'll get the hang of it, and it's very easy.

Instead of supplements, I buy garlic and take black garlic.

I have experienced that it is good for boosting immunity.

I am not taking any supplements at all.

I am not visiting the rheumatology department either, and I have even stopped taking steroids.

The condition has improved, and the inflammation levels are now within normal range.

When my heart feels at ease and there are no aches, I think from this point on I should pay attention to my health.
