저도 졸도한적 있어서 병원갔더니 기립성저혈압이라더라구요... 컨디션이 제일 중요한거 같아요. 무리하면 더 심해지더라구요,철분제 마그네슘도 챙겨드세요 ~~
When sitting and standing up
Suddenly, everything went dark in front of my eyes, and I couldn't see anything for a few seconds.
There are times when I feel dizzy and have a headache, making it hard to keep my balance.
If you hold onto something nearby and wait for a few seconds, your vision will start to return.
It will get better soon.
It's not always like that.
Once you start doing it, you'll do it frequently for a while.
After a few days or weeks, the symptoms subside and you feel okay for a while.
I inquired at the hospital and was told it is orthostatic hypotension.
There is no special treatment available.
It was just advice to stand up as slowly as possible so as not to suddenly stand up.
It started in my childhood, as far as I can remember.
I think I tend to do worse when I'm not feeling well.
Have I become exhausted from repeatedly catching colds lately?
It has started again these past few days.
How do you manage people like me?
As expected, eating well, resting well, and managing my stamina.
Would things improve if we stick to these basics?
Honestly, I eat well when I eat, haha.
I think I'm lacking sleep and not exercising enough. ㅜㅜ
