It's not yet to the point where I need to take blood sugar medication.

As I age and gain weight, my fasting blood sugar naturally rises.

To lower this fasting blood sugar, I switch to brown rice and eat regular meals.

Come on! Eat a salad with every meal.

Consuming fresh vegetables not only provides nutritional benefits but also helps lower blood sugar levels.

Feeling full from vegetables also leads to eating less rice.

Although exercise is said to be the answer, I really don't like working out, so I'm trying to at least stick to a consistent diet.

My method of blood sugar management involves having salad with every meal.

Oh! You must never apply regular dressing! I just eat it raw with fresh vegetables.
