  •  
  • Eat slowly and thoroughly for at least 20 minutes.
  • Eat enough protein well
  • - Light walk 15 minutes after meals
  • Eating rice in the order of the rice grain roasting process
  • - Apple cider vinegar also helps.

      앞에 반찬만 먹어서 짠 게 고민이면, 샐러드류를 첨가해서 샐러드를 먼저 먹으면 좋대요
