My personal health tip (treatment for athlete's foot)
One of the chronic diseases is athlete's foot~
When the weather gets warmer, many people suffer from athlete's foot, right?
This often occurs especially when wearing combat boots during active military service.
Athlete's foot is a skin infection caused by dermatophytes, a type of fungi.
It is especially active in environments with high temperature and humidity, so caution is needed during summer, particularly in the rainy season.
Athlete's foot commonly occurs on the feet among body parts.
Anyone who is an active athlete or in conditions that cause excessive sweating can get athlete's foot, and saying that you get athlete's foot because you don't wash is a misconception!
Athlete's foot can be transmitted not only through direct contact between people but also by sharing objects. If there is a person with athlete's foot in the family, it can also spread through using slippers in the bathroom or in places like bathhouses and swimming pools.
It is best to wear well-ventilated and comfortable shoes, and the most important preventive measure is to keep your feet dry by not wearing sweaty shoes for a long time.
I also had athlete's foot between my toes without exception.
It itches and the skin peels off, you know~
You may not believe it, but I was treated with this, and even 5 to 6 years after full recovery, I am still very clean.
This is a treatment I tried after a relative told me about it, knowing I was suffering from athlete's foot.
No matter what anyone says, I have succeeded, and I think those who are capable should try it once.
Does vinegar have a sterilizing effect?
This is the principle of how this is used.
Athlete's foot doesn't respond well to medication and takes a long time to treat~
The method is very simple.
Go to the supermarket or discount store and buy the cheapest and smallest bottle of apple or a bottle of brown rice vinegar.
Pour one bottle into a multi-layer pack vinyl.
If you put your feet into a plastic bag filled with vinegar, your toes will be submerged.
Since the smell is subjective, tightly seal the top of the vinyl to minimize the odor from escaping outside.
Moving my toes and wiggling them for about 15 to 20 minutes (sometimes the scratched area feels a bit stinging), then taking my foot out of the plastic and drying it while watching TV.
You can wash yourself before sleeping and then go to bed.
Do not throw away the vinegar; instead, tie it with plastic wrap and use it the next day or every other day.
After about 3 to 5 times, the thin skin between the toes peels off. That's all.
If it recurs, you can do it once more, but it seems unlikely to happen.
You might think it's unhygienic, but I tried it and it healed without any issues~~~
It will be treated thoroughly...
Is a small bottle of brown rice vinegar 2,000 won? Treating athlete's foot with one bottle of vinegar...
Isn't it worth trying?
Have a great holiday~~
