I'm worried about fasting blood sugar.

My HbA1c is around 5.5 to 5.4.

 

Fasting blood sugar sometimes exceeds 100.

 

I'm worried because it's often said that if you are in the pre-diabetes stage, you may be diagnosed with diabetes after a few years.

 

I know I should reduce carbohydrates and exercise, but I can't seem to put it into practice well...

 

It seems that regular testing of blood glucose levels and adjustments are necessary.

 

It's been a while since I last checked my fasting blood sugar, so I think I should do the test tomorrow ㅠㅠ

    공복혈당이 가끔 100이 넘는다면 관리 조금만 하시면 될꺼예요~ 빵, 면, 밀가루는 혈당을 올리는거 아시죠? 현미밥 드시고 규칙적인 식습관 가지셔요~ 운동 병행하시면 더욱 좋구요^^
    돼지감자와 여주가 당뇨에 좋으니 추천해요.돼지감자는 물에 우려서 먹으먼 맛있고 여주는 환으로도 나오더라구요~ 정기적으로 공복혈당 잘 체크하시고 메모 해두시면 될것 같습니다.
