콜린성 알러지 두드러기에 관한 정보 잘 보고갑니다 혹시 모르니까 이거 보면서 조심해야겠네요
There are quite a few people with cholinergic allergies and hives, right?
Cholinergic allergy occurs when body temperature rises due to excessive exercise, mental stress, or hot baths. It is characterized by smaller lesions than typical hives, with most appearing as multiple tiny spots about 1-2 mm in size, resembling millet grains.
Cholinergic urticaria often causes a burning pain rather than itching. However, I also experience itching at times.
It is known to occur due to malfunction of the sympathetic nerve system in the skin that regulates body temperature, which is part of the autonomic nervous system controlling basic functions within the human body. It seems to respond to sudden changes in body temperature or stress.
It doesn't happen often, but when it does, the swollen skin can stay puffy for more than a week, or sometimes it subsides within a few hours. Recently, it's been less frequent, but there was a period when it was quite severe.

Treatment
Since it shows a pattern of intermittent persistence followed by resolution over several years, it does not directly affect lifespan. However, if ongoing itching interferes with daily life, medication treatment may be considered.
Cholinergic urticaria In situations where these symptoms may occur, such as avoiding excessive exercise or hot baths, and if symptoms are severe or persistent, prophylactic antihistamines can be taken.
Progression/Complications
Most cases will resolve naturally if you avoid situations that cause a sudden increase in body temperature and eliminate factors that worsen the condition.
Prevention methods
Eliminating causative and aggravating factors is the most important. Avoid situations where body temperature rises rapidly, remove aggravating factors, and avoid excessive exercise or hot water baths.
Diet and Lifestyle Guide
When experiencing itching or pain, simple measures that can be easily implemented in daily life include applying a light cold compress or tapping the affected area. Cooling the skin can help reduce the secretion of nerve mediators that cause itching, so applying a cold compress locally to the itchy area or refrigerating lotion to use when itching occurs is known to be helpful. Additionally, scratching the affected area vigorously can damage the skin barrier, leading to secondary infection, and can stimulate the skin to worsen symptoms. Therefore, it is better to tap around the lesion to alleviate symptoms. This method transmits pain signals through neural circuits instead of itching, temporarily improving the symptoms.
