정말 체력이 약하시군요 운동도 답이 아닌가봐요
[Concern] What should I do about chronic fatigue??
I have been a child with particularly weak physical strength since I was very young.
There were kids who collapsed while standing on the playground during the check, right?
There are kids who can't participate in running during sports day, right? That's me................ㅡㅡ;;
Anyway, I was doing better than when I was young and was living a decent life as a person.
Since college, once I catch a cold, it tends to last a long time and doesn't recover easily.
I was aware that my stamina was much lower than others, but I still lived my life...
As I get older, I really feel it more and more, making life difficult;;;
First of all, I have both a cervical disc herniation and a lumbar disc herniation, and my knees have cartilage softening; so, I can't do much activity or exercise. Anyway, I'm trying to do some form of exercise to build muscle, and for cardio, I play table tennis and make an effort to walk 10,000 steps every day.
I can't tell if this exercise is truly beneficial or if it's becoming harmful.
After exercising, my whole body aches and I feel very tired.
You might ask if I'm exercising too intensely, but surprisingly;;;
I don't have the stamina to work out that intensely;;;
Apart from taking lessons, I hardly practice ping pong, and even when I go to gatherings, I get exhausted after playing just 2 or 3 games out of the more than 10 games others play, so I often end up just sitting.
Therefore, on days off such as weekends or holidays, I spend the whole day at home replenishing my energy through sleep.
If I go out even for a day with plans, I usually end up collapsing the next day like a corpse.
And I just can't afford to be that sleepy. I sleep too much and my back hurts, but I'm so drowsy I can't keep my eyes open...
Like yesterday, I went out even for a club meeting, and now my whole body aches as if I had just gone hiking for the first time;;
No, it's supposed to be muscles that haven't been used much hurting;; because I don't have enough muscles, maybe moving a bit more just makes it more painful;;;
I'm wondering whether I should do more exercise to build my stamina or if I should instead focus on stretching or yoga rather than these kinds of workouts. I'm also taking various supplements that are supposed to be good for my health, but;;;;;;;;;
I'm not particularly sick, but how can I resolve this constant fatigue and sleepiness?
