My carbohydrate addiction, which started in high school, still hasn't been resolved.
Days of repeatedly dieting and experiencing yo-yo effects, reaching the highest weight.
I do not enjoy meat and prefer seafood and vegetables.
The problem is carbohydrates.
On days when I eat fewer carbohydrates, I can't sleep due to insomnia and feel anxious and irritable.
Is there no good solution?
