My personal health story
I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 12 years ago~
I have been taking medication for about 5 years~
At that time, I thought I should exercise, but I couldn't do it~
A blood test shows low thyroid immunity.
You need to exercise.
So
Let's at least walk on the way to work.
I did it little by little.
I couldn't walk as much as ten thousand steps like now, I only walked five thousand steps.
I haven't been taking medication for about 7 years~
I think we should protect our health while we are healthy.
15 minutes of air stepper in the morning and evening
Walking 10,000 steps every day
Climb the stairs to the 7th floor three times when commuting to work
I've been walking 10,000 steps every day since last summer.
When I only walked 10,000 steps, there was no change in body fat percentage or skeletal muscle mass.
In winter, because it's cold, I walk quickly.
Do the Air Stepper for more than 15 minutes in the evening.
Do the basic 3 times on the stairs.
Use lunchtime to do it twice.
You did it twice when leaving work.
Then,
Body fat percentage has decreased, and skeletal muscle mass has increased.
The best part was that my abdominal fat percentage is within the normal range~
However, in spring, I only walked.
Body fat percentage has increased significantly, and skeletal muscle mass has decreased as well ㅠㅠ
I just can't bring myself to show it.
Reflect and improve.
Walk a little faster when doing the 10,000 steps again.
I am planning to diligently do stair climbing and use the air stepper.
