I'm worried because I am in the pre-diabetes stage.

Since last year, I've been worried about diabetes at home.

When I checked, last year the fasting blood sugar standard was

They say they manage by walking about 10,000 steps daily, as the measurement is around 95 to 130, but this year...

Recently, the measurement results have ranged from 130 to 145. I am really worried that I might have diabetes. I increase my daily exercise and go for walks.

What could be the problem if I can't manage it?

If possible, focus on a vegetarian diet with mixed grain rice.

Trying to enjoy and make ramen and other flour-based foods.

I cut it off, where might the problem be?

Boiled dried herbs in water every day because they said it was good for the liver.

Drinking more than 1 liter has no effect.

    당뇨는 먹은것도 중요하고 꾸준히 운동하면서 관리하는게 중요하다고 하더라구요 .. 식사  후 바로 걷기 20분 정도 해주는게 당 관리 하는데 좋다고 하더라구요

    식후 앉지 말고 바로 걷기 하면 좋다고 했던 것 같아요. 
    그리고 드시는 음식도 너무 과하지 않게 적당량 간소히 드시고요
