My family has a strong genetic predisposition to diabetes... All my father's siblings have suffered from diabetes for a long time, and my father is also taking medication for diabetes. Since genetic factors are quite significant, I get pretty scared sometimes. I was a bit overweight since I was young, and controlling my diet has been difficult. I especially love fried foods and wheat-based foods... Maybe because of that, I gained weight, and now my knees and legs hurt. However, since I am not very old, I can endure it somehow, but as I get older, I become increasingly worried about my health. One of the things I consistently practice is walking 10,000 steps a day.
There are no restrictions and no need for space! Just set aside time each day to walk every day! I think walking itself is one of the ways to maintain health, so I keep at it consistently!!! As I walk every day, my worries about health gradually fade, and compared to eating, my weight stays stable... So I see it as one of the driving forces to prepare for chronic illnesses...!!!
Since I walk regularly, it's very good for my mental health~ I also get to see the sunlight~ If you have the will, anyone can do it, so is there a better exercise than this?? Everyone, put on a hat and go outside!
