I tend to be a bit sensitive by nature, and I have a good ear for sounds at night. So, I am sensitive to subtle noises and environmental changes.
First, if you can't get a good night's sleep, your daily life the next day falls apart and your condition is at its lowest.. I also tried taking sleep aids prescribed by a doctor, but they became ineffective, possibly due to tolerance.
Then, after seeing Dr. Park Dong-chang's book on barefoot walking (earthing), I started barefoot walking from last year.
I would do it anywhere as long as the environment suited me from spring to early winter.
When suffering from insomnia, your immune system is also at its lowest, so I had a severe outbreak of hives and went to the dermatologist for two weeks, getting injections and medication... the medication was quite harsh.
My mouth would dry out, and taking medicine often meant lying down and sleeping became a routine. So, it became an opportunity to start consistently.
Walking barefoot in our neighborhood as well.
I also walk on the slightly distant, good earthen path for barefoot walking.
Insomnia is also cured, and blood circulation improves.
It was also very helpful for hives symptoms.
I also introduced this below, and I really highly recommend it. I agree with the saying "Sleep is medicine." Let's all fight on~~
No matter what, health is the best.
