마음가짐이제일중요한거같아요 걷고 운동하는것도 꼭필수지요 글 잘보았어요
I have been battling an autoimmune disease for nearly 10 years.
Fortunately, there is no pain, so I usually don't notice it and it doesn't significantly interfere with daily life.
However, when engaging in travel, leisure, or outdoor activities that I don't usually do
I realize once again that there are more precautions or restrictions than I thought, especially because of chronic illnesses.
Currently, I visit the hospital twice a week and am undergoing treatment with immunosuppressants.
I think the most important thing is definitely the attitude.
It may seem like a big deal to others and could be a very difficult life, but
Actually, I am quite calm and indifferent.
Fortunately, the hospital is close, so I can visit frequently.
I'm relieved that there is no pain and I set my mind to it.
Living without stress from major illnesses.
I would really be happy if I could be cured, but I don't even expect that much.
The goal is to stop taking the medication and reduce the number of visits.
Setting low goals seems to be one way to reduce stress.
I believe that eating well and sleeping well are the best, so I don't really discriminate when it comes to eating.
However, I am trying to reduce meat, flour, ramen, bread, beer, and snacks a little for health reasons.
Instead, I changed the breakfast menu to vegetable sticks such as carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, and nuts, along with boiled eggs.
Eat healthily, walk around a station or so in your spare time, sleep more than 7 hours sufficiently, and keep a relaxed mind!!!!! This is the most important thing.
It may be difficult to maintain endless positivity, but I hope you continue to have a healthy battle with your illness.
