(Concern) Good exercises for varicose veins

My older brother is in his 60s and he goes hiking and walking every day.

I usually work out early in the morning.. I am very good at climbing mountains..

However, I have developed varicose veins recently... It was quite hard to understand.

My older brother is usually very active and a fitness enthusiast, but he developed varicose veins.

Of course, there is no genetic predisposition either.

But since you have varicose veins now, you need to manage them...

Exercise is good, isn't it? Walking and stretching seem beneficial... Is hiking okay?

I could tell you were under a lot of stress inside..

Since I am also getting older, I seem to feel a bit sad.

      그렇군요..등산으로 무리한 부분을 스트레칭으로 풀어주면 될까요..

      맞아요..마사지와 스트레칭은 참 좋은것 같아요..특히 나이가 있으니 더욱 격렬한 운동은 안될듯 하지요..감사합니다..

      아..그렇군요..근력운동이 오히려 독이 되는 경우군요..오빠는 핼쓰장에서 근력운동을 꼭 하거든요..하지정맥류가 왔으니 근력운동은 안좋은 거군요..감사합니다..
