Should I undergo varicose vein surgery?

I have varicose veins, but I'm not sure why.

It just got worse as I left it untreated.

Since I wasn't in pain and I was only wearing pants, there was no one to see me, so I didn't particularly feel stressed.

Once it starts bothering the eye, it keeps appearing.

What happens if varicose veins are left untreated?

If surgery is necessary, I am curious about how long the recovery period will be and the cost as well.
