I've heard of varicose veins a lot, but I don't know the details well.
Are there many tendons protruding from the legs as well? Are these related to the saphenous vein? I am quite thin, so it looks like the tendons are prominent on my arms and legs due to lack of fat, but it might just be that simple.
Sometimes I get cramps in my calves while sleeping, and I wonder if this is also related to varicose veins.
