I was diagnosed with high fasting blood sugar, so I usually look for and try many ways to lower my blood sugar.
Sharing the tips I am using
1. Eating breakfast / Eating three meals a day regularly
Eat multigrain rice instead of white rice
3. Do not eat snacks, ramen, etc.
Only one piece of fruit
5. Consume plenty of protein and vegetables
I think lifestyle habits are really important. I am consistently practicing the above points. Let's try to work together :)
