My grandfather passed away due to diabetes.

My younger sister was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

I was diagnosed with fasting blood sugar disorder.

Since then, our family has prepared a diet that reduces carbohydrates such as rice and noodles.

I have learned that the best ingredient is tofu.

It is also full and composed of protein.

First of all, the price is cheap, so I can eat it three times a day instead of rice without any financial burden.

I am making tofu in various forms.

I prepare the first batch by cooking 5kg at a time.

It also helps with dieting.
