Blood pressure medication

I went to the Southern Citizen's Hospital to get my blood pressure medication. I see the same face every time I go, but the reception desk is always filled with a friendly smile. The director doesn't seem to be in a good mood today. I've never been there before. He's usually a very kind and gentle person, but he's a bit rude. I'm a little disappointed. He checked my blood pressure and said it was normal, and that's all he said. I had a question, so I asked him, and he said he'd take care of it. I'm disappointed.
