Is it really necessary to take probiotics? (Questions about selection criteria and product types)
hmm...
Looking at the posts on this bulletin board, it seems like everyone is taking probiotics as a basic supplement.
I haven't taken it yet because I don't feel a particular need for it, but I have two questions about starting to take probiotics.
Question 1. What are the criteria for determining probiotic intake?
I am wondering if I should take probiotics or enzymes as a preventative measure even though I am not currently experiencing any major discomfort with my bowel movements.
Do you usually decide, "It's time to eat" when you experience any physical changes or symptoms?
Question 2. What are the types of products that can survive until the large intestine and what are the selection criteria?
This question assumes that you have to eat.
I've heard that lactic acid bacteria are weak against stomach acid and often die before reaching the intestines.
What specific types of products should I choose, such as capsule coating or special processing, that are resistant to stomach acid and can safely reach the large intestine?
As important as food is, choosing the right supplements for you can be just as challenging.
If you have any advice for someone like me who doesn't yet feel the need for probiotics, or any know-how you have that I should definitely check when choosing a product, please share it with me!
We live in a very busy world.
Rather than blindly following others, I want to know and manage things accurately.
I would like to ask for some wise advice from my seniors.
