Is it possible to relieve muscle tension, whether it's due to poor posture or poor blood circulation?

Lately, I've been sitting for long periods of time, so my posture has become hunched over. As a result, my neck and shoulder muscles have become stiff and uncomfortable. My calves also feel stiff and stiff. My biggest concern is poor blood circulation, which causes facial swelling that doesn't go away easily every morning.
