I feel that consistent management is ultimately the way to reduce the symptoms of restless legs syndrome.
Currently, I am observing the changes in my body and trying to control my restless legs syndrome symptoms.
The worst thing is that if you keep doing this, you'll get varicose veins and need surgery.
