There's a way to do reflux esophagitis exercises. I found this. They were on TV yesterday. I didn't take a picture of the first exercise, but I'll upload what I roughly heard. Hold both arms on both sides of your chest and tilt your head back. Inhale. Your stomach is curled up all day long. This opens your stomach. I'm uploading the second and third pictures. Take a look and try to follow along. The third exercise is to jump slightly diagonally. When you lower your arms, lower them very slowly. I think you'll be able to do it little by little. About 5-6 is the second picture at the bottom.
