Lately, I've been experiencing stomach discomfort whenever I eat cold or spicy foods, or whenever I consume dairy products. It's frustrating because it's hard to pinpoint the exact cause.
I've been recording the pattern of my symptoms, and it seems to be related to the type of food I eat, or it seems to change depending on stress or my physical condition. The hospital said there was nothing particularly wrong, but I still experience recurring discomfort for which I have no known cause.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I'm curious how you manage intestinal discomfort related to cold or spicy foods, or dairy.
