Prevent hyperlipidemia by taking nutritional supplements and maintaining proper eating habits.

Like most people, I had no symptoms of hyperlipidemia when I was young. But as I got older, I had a health checkup and discovered I had it. So I hurriedly improved my diet, exercised, and lost weight, all while struggling to treat my hyperlipidemia on my own. Fortunately, I never had to go to the hospital. Since then, I've been vigilant and continue to maintain a healthy diet and take supplements to prevent hyperlipidemia.

The causes of hyperlipidemia are varied, including a high-fat diet, lack of exercise, and genetics. However, in my case, I believed poor eating habits were the biggest problem. To prevent hyperlipidemia, I practically cut out meat, fatty foods, and processed foods. I completely eliminated processed foods, and reduced meat consumption to once a week.

And to prevent hyperlipidemia, I mainly ate foods that helped lower bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels and raise good cholesterol levels.

Fish like mackerel, salmon, and saury, as well as avocados, are rich in omega-3s and help prevent hyperlipidemia by increasing good cholesterol levels. Nuts like almonds and walnuts also help prevent hyperlipidemia by lowering bad cholesterol levels. Consuming fiber-rich oatmeal and vegetables also helps control cholesterol levels and prevent hyperlipidemia.

To prevent hyperlipidemia, I maintain these healthy eating habits while also taking extra virgin olive oil and policosanol supplements. Extra virgin olive oil helps prevent hyperlipidemia by reducing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol, which helps keep blood vessels clean. Policosanol also helps prevent hyperlipidemia by lowering bad cholesterol.

I'm continuing to work hard to avoid developing hyperlipidemia again by maintaining good eating habits and taking cholesterol-regulating supplements and olive oil.

    저는몸무게가 정학하게  젊었을보다  더작게나가죠그때는키173에 몸무게60 이였는데 마침 부모님께서도  혈압이 없다보니 저도 혈압도없고해서 건강에는자신이 넘쳐죠 내나이 2018년도68살이네요 쓰려졌죠 눈떠니응급실 내가왜여기있지 아들에게전화해서 아빠데리러오라고 집사람과아들이왔어요  집사람이 하는말 자기여기왜있느냐라구요  그때제가 집사람이권해서  폴리코사놀을 먹고 있어네요 근데 그당시는  10밀리가 없었고 5밀리 짜리였네요 결과는 협심증 혈관에스탠드 하나 시술했어요제가 하고 싶은이야기는   검사를 해보고  처방받는것  제일 낫지않나싶어요

    진짜 올바른 식습관도 중요하고 건강을 생각해서 챙겨먹음 좋은것들은 일부러 챙겨먹는 습관도 들여야 될듯해요~ 저도 매번 올리브유와 견과류 챙긴다면서 빼먹거나 맛없다고 뒷전일때가 있는데... 병원 다녀오면 급 반성을 하게 되더라구요ㅠㅠ
