I often ate chicken breast and carefully ate multigrain rice.
I even started exercising, which I didn't do before, and after working out, I took supplements as well.
Water is 3 liters a day..
So, I think I managed to increase my muscle mass a bit and return to normal.
Exercise hard, eat a balanced diet healthily
It's easy to say, but hard to keep.
