성실하게 잘 관리하고 계시는군요~ 저도 당뇨를 조심해야 하는 수준인데, 그럼에도 불구하고 신경 안쓰고 막 먹어대네요 ㅠ

What I managed was blood sugar checks: in the morning upon waking (fasting blood sugar), before lunch, and two hours after meals. If I eat foods that I think might cause a spike in blood sugar, I also check an hour after the snack. If my blood sugar is high before a meal, I do 5-10 minutes of running, then come back and eat vegetables before lunch or dinner. This helps prevent sudden blood sugar spikes and gives a feeling of fullness, so I tend to eat a little less. I do this for both lunch and dinner as well. However, I often feel hungry unexpectedly at night, so I take out low-carb snacks I’ve prepared and eat one. I’m sharing this in case it might be helpful.
