Is it impossible to be healthy without exercising~~~

I exercise every day, but I don't really feel like my joints are getting any better...

 

I wish I had started exercising earlier, I guess.

 

While everyone is healthy, make sure to exercise in advance.

Don't regret like I did..

 

It seems like my weight isn't decreasing much, even though my blood sugar isn't going down well.

    운동만큼 좋은 것은 없죠.
    그리고 식단과 같이 하셔야해요.
    아무리 운동 열심히 해도 맘대로 먹고 하면 다 소용 없죠
