I started making and eating raw fermented soybeans because of my sister's recommendation.
This is protein, so it fills you up and since it's raw fermented soybeans, the smell isn't unpleasant. You can scoop 2-3 spoonfuls of raw fermented soybeans along with various vegetables, add sesame oil, and mix to eat, or boil the raw fermented soybeans. Boiling kills the probiotics, so you can serve miso soup in a bowl and scoop 2-3 spoonfuls of raw fermented soybeans to dissolve and eat. If neither option is appealing, you can take it like medicine by scooping 2-3 spoonfuls of raw fermented soybeans and mixing it into hot water with rice to eat. It always gives a feeling of fullness, and most importantly, even after eating such a large amount of rice, post-meal blood sugar levels are surprisingly between 130 and 160.
Not everyone may see the same effects as I do.
Even if you don't have diabetes, I recommend you definitely try it, as raw fermented soybeans are beneficial for our bodies.
After fifteen days, my post-meal blood sugar levels no longer spike, and the symptoms of electric shock have also disappeared.
