한두번은 간식이나 식사대용으로 좋을 것 같은데~~ ^^;; 꾸준히는 어려울 거 같아요 저는 너무 자극적인 음식에 길들여 졌나봐요~~
I would like to share my own healthy recipe.
My own healthy food is tofu.
Crush the tofu, add enough water to make it soupy in a pot, and boil without seasoning.
Then, beat in one egg, add a little sesame oil, and finish by boiling.
You have a rough idea of what the picture might be, right?
Yes, it's just plain tofu that has been mashed up, resulting in a bland, nutty flavor and a mushy texture.
I usually mix it with the rice I eat regularly and only eat rice with vegetable side dishes.
I've been taking it for three months now. Surprisingly, it tastes good and fills my stomach.
Since I don't usually like animal protein, I only consume pure plant-based protein.
I think it's best to eat a proper balance of animal and plant foods, so I add eggs and boil it.
First, I focused on reducing the sodium in my body.
Now I generally eat healthily. I don't eat snacks at all; when I'm hungry, I eat protein or cheese.
Oh right, I always make sure to eat cheddar cheese regularly without forgetting.
So, my refrigerator is always filled with tofu and cheese.
I feel good because I think my body has improved a lot.
I developed an adult disease and health anxiety, so I feel even more anxious.
I'm afraid it might get worse again, so I can't eat anything recklessly.
I will continue to do this method consistently for the rest of my life.
I plan to have alcohol and late-night snacks once in a while.
However, I will not overeat.
Anyway, thank you for reading the long message.
I'm just sharing my method, so please don't rely on it too blindly.
I believe that each person has their own way that suits their individual lifestyle.
