Is it possible to live without exercising after meals?

I wish I could live without exercising, even if it's just one meal a day.

On YouTube or broadcasts, they recommend exercising for 150 minutes a week.

That's probably not even worth calling exercise.

Daily 4:30 AM workoutㅡ

It seems like my joints are starting to get worse.

As you get older, you probably won't have the energy to exercise.

Push yourself hard while you can still exercise.

You need to return it to normal so you can live without complications as you age.

When I can't exercise, I feel sad with medication.

Is it because my blood sugar level is around 120 one and a half hours after a meal and doesn't decrease further even with exercise, that this is my average blood sugar level?

No matter what I do, fasting can't be two digits.

My weight is already under 50 kilograms.

How far do you think you'll go if you keep exercising?

I'm probably not the only one who just wants to relax without exercising even for a single meal.

Strength training alone is insufficient to lower blood sugar.

Since I do cardio too, my weight keeps decreasing.

Such hopelessly stubborn blood sugar levelsㅜㅜ

    당뇨병을 앓고 계신 듯 한데 운동이 너무 과하신건 아닌가요?  물론 저보다 훨씬 더 많이 알고 계시겠지만 탄수화물 절대적으로 줄이시고 고단백질의 식사를 하시면 운동량 좀 줄여도 될 듯 합니다.  열심히 하시는데 괜한 참견이 아니길 바랍니다.  즐거운 연휴 보내세요.
