신기하네요 영양제 먹으면 트림이 나오나요? 오메가 3나 마그네슘 먹고 냄새가 올라와서 불편한 적은 있었던 것 같아요

New supplement
It's something my husband received as a gift...
These days, giving nutritional supplements as gifts seems to be quite a good idea.
The eggs are very small ~
It's completely different from what I used to eat before.
As soon as the day to eat arrives, just eat.
Is it about 10 minutes later?
I just burp right away.
It also has a bit of a medicine smell.
It's very rare to experience burping after taking medication.
Is that usually the case?
Is it that the supplement doesn't agree with me?
I'm very curious.

폭스영양제랑 속에 가스가 나온거랑 상관관계가 크게 없을거라 판단 됩니다. 보통 식습관에 의해 나오는 거죠.
안레몬루테인 먹고나서 불편감 중에 하나가 비린내 나는 역한 트름이 나서 먹기 싫어하는 분들 가끔 있더라구요. 부작용이라기보다는 바꾼 루테인 자체의 특성인가보네요. 기존의 드시던 루테인으로 다시 바꾸는게 어떤가요.
