The first thing I always say when I wear a mask.
Since it is difficult to properly clean between the teeth with a toothbrush, it is recommended to use interdental brushes daily to clean between the teeth.
This is a bit annoying.
In the morning, I prioritize walking over brushing my teeth, and I brush after meals. I go to work and brush again after lunch, but it's difficult to use interdental brushes for cleaning.
I should at least bring something home for dinner, but as a housewife who cooks rice and washes dishes, I also have to do cleaning, laundry, and so on...
If you keep doing it, you just don't get that time!!
